The Füri Pro 13cm (5 inch) East/West™ Santoku, a petite edition of the iconic 17cm (7 inch) version. Engineered with a deep blade for larger cutting tasks but still short and nimble enough for smaller jobs too. Extra leverage for those heavier cuts is achieved from the oversized handle. Scallops intuitively positioned on the blade reduce friction and make cutting fast and easy.
