Shortbread mix 1kg

Just add butter for a delicious shortbread bade that can be used to make biscuits and cookies.

Recipe:

Method

1. Cream the butter until light.

2. Blend in the BAKELS SHORTBREAD MIX on low speed.(DO NOT OVERMIX).

3. Pin shortbread dough out to a thickness of 10 mm. Cut to desired shape.

4. Place shapes on ungreased baking tray.

5. Bake at 180°C for approximately 18 minutes.

Yield: Approximately 23 biscuits when scaled at 30g.
