The Manayas Utility Knife is perfect for a multitude of small tasks where more precise cuts are needed, such as trimming broccoli, green beans, or other smaller vegetables. Some cooks like to use it in their hand, too—almost like a large paring knife. Others like its smaller size as an alternative to the chef’s knife. It’s nimble enough to peel an onion in hand, then slice it up in short order.

The Manasaya knives are a series of knives with sheaths. They are convenient to carry and useful for outdoor scenes. Since the sheath opens and closes widely, it can be used not only for carrying but also as a simple cutting board. The two locks on the outside and the hook inside the sheath securely fix the knife, allowing you to carry it safely. You can also use it as a mini cutting board by unfolding the sheath.

The handle is slim for a firm grip. It is made of resin with a smooth texture.

Both the knife and the sheath are dishwasher safe. The sheath opens and closes wide, so you can clean the inside and use it hygienically.
