A light brown coloured powder with ginger aroma, for making gingerbread.
METHOD
1. Mix butter & golden syrup together on low speed for approx 1-2 minutes until mixed together.
2.Add gingerbread mix on low speed for 1 minute or until the mixture comes together.
3.Add the water and mix until clear.
4. Roll out to the thickness of your choice.
5. Bake at 180°C non fan forced or 170°C for fan forced approximately 12-14 minutes.
Baking times may vary depending on your oven.
Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
