Have a Warranty Claim?
We have a great relationship with our suppliers and as such we will ensure any warranty claims are processed quickly and smoothly. We will work with both you and the supplier to rectify any warranty issues in a timely manner.
Goods Arrived Damaged?
If your goods arrive damaged or inoperable we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. If the goods are damaged during shipping we will endeavour to correct things as quickly as possible. Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your online purchase within the 30 day return period, Cooks Plus will be pleased to offer you a refund, exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs) at the original location of purchase and at the discretion of Cooks Plus provided that:
Bonus items/Gift Vouchers
All gift cards or bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such unreturned gift voucher, bonus or bundled item, or used portion of any gift voucher will be deducted from any refund.
Special Exception - please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on Cooks Plus Gift Voucher purchases unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law.
We will refund using your original payment method or, where appropriate and at Cooks Plus sole discretion, on a Cooks Plus store credit note.
Cash Paid (Under $250.00) - a refund of cash will be issued by the store.
Cash Paid (Over $250.00) - a refund request will be sent to Head Office and a deposit will be made into your bank within 14 days from receipt of the refund document. (customer must supply valid BSB and account number)
