Rich and creamy with a light mouth-feel, makes delicious white chocolate mousse.
A white to off white powdered range of deliciously flavoured mousse mixes. Add chilled water only.
Instructions:
- 300g White Choco Mousse Mix
- 400ml chilled water
- Add mix to chilled water and blend on low speed for 1 minute, scrape down bowl and whisk on top speed
for 5 minutes.
- Allow a minimum of 1 hour refrigeration before serving.
- If using as a cake filling only use 380ml chilled water
