They are flat but you can arch or fold them how you like - frankly I prefer to fold them more folded for cupcakes and the side of cakes.
These are not edible items and used for decorational purposes only. If you are gifting or selling your baked goods, you need to advise the end consumer to remove before consuming your product.
While these have been cleaned down in a 99% food grade product, please clean before using and secure to your bakes in a food safe fashion.
