The Black Fibrox handle provides an ergonomic, non-slip grasp as you prepare delicious, wafer thin sandwich or salad meats. Designed to cope with all types of cutting and slicing, the thin, sharp blade allows the tenderest slithers of tomato, bunches of crispy lettuce or carrot julienne.
Hardened ‘martensitic’ chrome steel gives a better cut and retains its sharpness. Care for your knives by hand washing and drying immediately after use and regular honing at a 30 degrees angle.
