Join us for a fun and hands-on cake decorating class where you'll create your very own adorable highland cow cake using buttercream!

Perfect for both beginners and seasoned decorators, this class will guide you step-by-step — from shaping and layering your cake to piping textured “fur” and crafting the cow’s signature horns and fluffy fringe.

In this class, you’ll learn:

• Basic cake torting and crumb-coating techniques

• How to create realistic buttercream textures

• Piping techniques for hair and facial features

• Adding personality with fondant accents

By the end of the session, you'll head home with a charming highland cow cake — almost too cute to eat (but definitely delicious)! All tools, ingredients, and equipment are provided. No prior experience needed.
