The manufacturer for G-Fresh jars has recently informed a possible presence (traces) of gluten in the following products:
- Coriander (Ground)
- Coriander Seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- Cumin (Ground)
- Garam Masala
- Mustard (Ground)
- Mustard Seeds (Yellow)

These traces of gluten can occur for a variety of reasons, such as:
- Occurring naturally
- Cross contact during growing and harvesting of raw materials
- Cross contact during transport and storage at source of origin
- Cross contact during the manufacturing process

All of our products (Seasonings) with “Gluten-Free” labelling have a nil presence of gluten and are safe for all customers to consume, including those with Coeliac Disease. All of our single origin (pure) products, such as Basil Leaves, Bay Leaves, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, etc. are free from gluten, dairy, MSG and meat products. All of our Stocks and Gravies are free from gluten, dairy, MSG and meat products. All of our Wet Pastes (Crushed Garlic, Crushed Ginger and Crushed Chillies) are free from gluten, dairy, MSG and meat products.
