There is nothing quite like an ice-cold glass of lemonade on a hot summer day. Now you can experience the sweet and tangy flavor of summer in your hard candy, taffies, ice cream, buttercream icings and other treats!

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
