Advanced Buttercream Flowers Bouquet Class

Skill Level - Intermediate
Some experience with buttercream is preferred.

Students will learn the following techniques:
- How to pipe Roses and Ranunclus onto flower nails and apply to cakes.
- How to pipe a Dahlia flower directly onto a cupcake
- How to pipe a Peony flower directly onto a cupcake.
- How to add Russian Piping to add smaller flower accents.
- How to pipe leaves and other greenery to fill.
- How to assemble into a 13 cupcake bouquet.

Students will take home a floral bouquet that they have created themselves, and a wealth of knowledge that will last a lifetime.
