These edible genuine gold leaf sheets are made with 24 kt gold and are an ideal way to add a touch of luxury to cakes, chocolate, sugar crafts or desserts. When consumed these edible gold leaf disintegrates in the mouth without flavour.

Usage:
- Brush the surface of your cake or sugar creation wtih water or apply adhesive medium such as confectioner's glaze.
- You should allow the glaze to become tacky before attempting to transfer the leaf.
- Mask off areas to prevent the accidental transfer of leaf
- Once your gold leaf has been placed and attached to your cake or sugar creation you may need to smooth it down. To smooth, gently and very lightly brush with a high quality soft bristle brush.
