"BUTTERCREAM RECIPE
250g Shortening
500g Icing Sugar
1-2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Boiling Water

METHOD:
Whip Shortening in mixing bowl until light and fluffy (1-2 mins)
While mixing on low speed slowly add in the icing sugar.
Add in essence and mix on high until white, light and fluffy looking.
Add boiling water (approx. 8 tsp for stiff icing, 10 tsp medium icing, 13 tsp for spreading consistency)
