A soft, creamy traditional curd made with real fruit, eggs and butter. Ideal in tartlets, eclairs, choux pastry, meringue pies, muffins, friands and mousse.
Store in cool, fry conditions, refrigerate after opening.
Gluten Free, Vegetarian suitable.
Sugar, lemon 24% (concentrated lemon juice, NZ whole lemons), NZ butter 13% (cream, salt), NZ whole eggs 9.9%, thickeners (starch, agar), green tea extract (a natural antioxidant to keep it fresh).
Please note: We don't add emulsifiers so our curd may naturally separate. This is OK, just mix to combine.
