The moulds are made out of food grade silicone and are non stick, flexible, detailed, dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven safe.

Gingerbread House
Prepare gingerbread dough by following your favourite gingerbread recipe.
Roll out the gingerbread dough to a thickness that fits the depth of the silicone mould's cavities, approximately 1cm.
Press the gingerbread dough into the silicone mould, ensuring it takes the shape of the design.
Use a knife or spatula to level off any excess dough from the top of the mould.
Bake the gingerbread in the silicone mould as per your recipe's instructions.
Once baked and cooled, gently remove the gingerbread pieces from the mould.
